Metal shutters,rated for Florida storms.
Master's Touch installs metal shutters on homes and businesses across Ocala, The Villages, Leesburg, Belleview, Summerfield, Lady Lake and Mount Dora. The shutters are built to stand up to high winds and flying debris, and Master's Touch's shutter and screen work is Miami-Dade code certified.
Each shutter is custom fitted to the window or opening it protects, adds a layer of security when closed, and needs little upkeep between storms. Motorized screens and metal shutters go through the same crew, so a home can mix both.
- Custom fitted to each window and opening
- Miami-Dade code certified shutter work
- Residential and commercial buildings

STORM SHUTTERSquestions, answered.
Are metal shutters rated for Florida hurricanes?
Yes. The metal shutters Master's Touch installs are built to stand up to high winds and flying debris, and Master's Touch's shutter and screen work is Miami-Dade code certified, the wind-load standard South Florida building code uses.
Are metal shutters or motorized hurricane screens better for a Central Florida home?
Both protect the opening. Metal shutters close the window fully and add security; motorized hurricane screens keep the view and the airflow and double as sun and insect screens on a lanai. Many homes use shutters on windows and motorized screens on the lanai, and Master's Touch installs both.
Does Master's Touch install metal shutters on businesses?
Yes. Master's Touch installs metal shutters on residential and commercial buildings across Ocala, The Villages and Central Florida, custom fitted to each window and opening.
How much maintenance do metal shutters need?
Very little. Metal shutters are low maintenance between storm seasons; a check before hurricane season confirms the tracks and hardware move freely. Master's Touch services the shutters it installs.
